Express Inn – Hotel near airport in Santa Ana

The hotel room was spacious and cozy, exceeding our expectations. However, the location was not ideal for leisurely walks, yet close to Disneyland. The service was exceptional with a complimentary hot breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. The dining experience was satisfactory with a mix of hot and cold food options. Overall, it was more wonderful than expected, offering a completely affordable price for such a nice suite.

I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds, but the lack of proper AC made it uncomfortably hot and muggy. The service from the staff was friendly and helpful, although there were some issues with locating vehicle owners. The location was convenient for reaching various places, but the surrounding cement walls were not visually appealing. The dining experience was hit or miss, with both positive surprises and disappointing food options. I enjoyed some of the facilities provided but felt there was room for improvement.
